Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments via Stripe when you order online. All payments are in euros. Customer credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.
VAT
We do not charge VAT.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the order starts its delivery journey to you. Cancel by e-mailing us at info@dag.irish or contacting us via the contact form on the About Us page of our website.
In the event of you cancelling your order before the order starts its delivery journey to you we will issue you a refund for the total value charges. We will refund you within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. If the item has started its journey we will return the costs of the product minus postal charges.
Returns Policy
Once you receive your order you have 30 days to decide if you wish to return it. The 30 days start from the day after you receive the goods. If you decide to return the goods, the goods need to be returned to us at your own cost and it is your responsibility that the items reach us safely. If the goods are returned unopened in perfect condition and with their original packaging we will issue you with a full refund minus any direct costs associated with the postage and packaging. Please note that the goods returned to us must be in a resalable format and we unconditionally reserve the right not to refund you if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. We take all reasonable steps to ensure all our products reach you in perfect condition. If however upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods are faulty, incorrect, missing parts or have been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately in writing , e-mailing info@dag.irish with details of the fault to include photos where necessary. You have 7 days to notify us of any issues from the date of delivery.
We will never provide your contact details for marketing purposes to third parties.
These terms and conditions, and all disclaimers and other material on our website, are governed by and written in accordance with Irish law. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, to which both parties submit.
Delivery
Deliveries can take up to 5 working days from dispatch in Ireland. They can take up to 10 working days from dispatch within Europe. They can take up to 10 working days from dispatch to the US and Canada, however customs clearance will add a time delay to this. For the rest of the world, times can vary greatly up to 40 days. Please contact us by emailing info@dag.irish if you need further info. During the month of December these times will increase greatly.
Collection
While COVID-19 restrictions are ongoing, we will require anyone collecting a game to stay outside our premises. Once you arrive at our premise, you can contact us by phone and we will drop the game out to you wearing appropriate protective equipment. Alternatively, you can ring the doorbell and we can drop the game out to you (please allow some extra time for us to put on a mask so you can safely collect the game).
Orders must be collected from 6 Beresford Road, Donabate, Co. Dublin within 14 days of being notified to collect your order. Your order number and some form of identification must be produced by you or the person you have nominated to collect on your behalf at the time of collection. A person is nominated by sending an email with the details of the nominated person to us from the email address used on the order. If you do not collect it within 14 days after you are notified to do so, your order will be cancelled and we will issue a refund to the payment method used in the purchase via our payment provider Stripe.
Contact Details
We would like to use these details to inform you by email of special offers and to inform you what is new for Decking Awesome Games. We will never pass this information on to third parties to use for marketing use.
Limitation of Liability
By using our website, you agree and understand that injuries and damages can occur by the use of such products, either as a result of negligence or because of other reasons. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, to the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to waive and discharge all claims, release us from all liability and indemnify and hold harmless Decking Awesome Games, from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from injuries and damages in any way connected with any products purchased by way of using our website. You agree and understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon you and your heirs, executors, agents, administrators and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying user at the events.
